My how time flies.

Had some of these @the_onlybean with leftover pork roast that I shredded and sautéed with some chopped onions, carrots, peas, a scrambled egg and soy sauce. They were very good and a good source of fiber, which is so important to dinner table doctor! (see my last post😂 - link in bio) Made from just one ingredient!

The door to our path in the woods looks so inviting when you can see the winter sunrise through the trees. The last picture shows off the door itself in the summer, from my post “Inspiring Garden Art and Decor.”

DTD (aka my husband) got me a wonderful Christmas present this year: he adopted an olive tree in my name! A family-run organic farm in Sicily (Three Farms Island) has labeled an olive tree with my name, and we will receive delicious olive oil from my tree and it’s grove! They also offer online cooking classes. Our goal is to someday visit the farm and see the tree😄 #thoughtfulgifts #husband #sicily #oliveoil #travel #love
